AvePoint is the worst company where you could work. They do not provide feedback on your job. They ask you more and more, but without seeing the effort and work that employees are giving to the company. The management side is without communication between them, unorganised and extremely untransparent. The value core that the company is a fake action to attract potential employees, however first they need to learn what that core value means.
