No micromanagement.. which I would say is sugarcoating the fact that the senior management is not hands on in all the aspects of the business.
Cons
A Nice place to relax without any focus on innovation and how to make things better. There might be innovation happening in R&D. But nobody likes questioning status quo. No employee is clear what the long term future for Avaya is give that its owned by PE firms, and what they are doing with businesses in the communication industry.
