Pros

We used to boast about our strong technical team, but now it's been dismantled.

Cons

Our company's mantra of "Trust" sounds good on paper but, behind the scenes, directors and management play a different game—one fueled by fear, manipulation, and a glaring lack of trust. The proclaimed transparency and unity are nothing more than a façade. The recent CEO promises of transforming us into the "best place to work" might sound sweet, but it's beginning to feel like empty propaganda for external eyes. Layoffs hit hard, targeting our skilled technical professionals while sparing the same old management structure. No bonuses, no salary bumps—just increased workloads. It's as if the promise to do "less with less" means doing more with fewer indispensable technical resources. The culture set by directors and management contradicts the trust we're supposed to embody. The CEO's words seem more like a PR stunt than a genuine commitment to positive change.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
