Avaya Governement is the government branch of the company - saff when your on a contract but not safe when the contract runs out
Cons
Just took over Nortel - privately owned very focused on the bottom line slashed benefits and salaries but not as much as a little company ... yet. No longer a people company, your gone as soon as the accountants say you are, no flexibility.
