Pros
Work/life is good, pay is good, can be left alone to get the job done. If you find an opportunity and if you find someone to support long enough to see it through you can be successful.
Cons
It's up to you to be seen in order to move through organization. They are trying to do too many things and so many of them are done half-way. Management by committee slow the process. Speed to market does not happen. No depth in offers/features. It's up to you to enrich your career
