Pros

The kitchen is always well-stocked, and the office building includes all the typical amenities one might expect in a tech office, such as video games and table tennis.

Cons

The internal naming structure for products is highly confusing, as the same product can have multiple different names. Many senior managers are unwilling or unresponsive when it comes to offering assistance, and some seem annoyed at having to take the time to help. Many employees appear to be overworked, with some frequently mentioning their lack of time to eat or their need to work late into the night. There is also a culture of destructive "hustle" that can be damaging. In addition, I was given responsibilities that were outside of my job description on top of my regular workload. I was eventually let go without warning as part of a mass layoff. Furthermore, I feel that I was underpaid for the work I was doing.

Pros

- Worked with a lot of smart, helpful, and friendly people. - Interesting technical problems to work on.

Cons

- Rounds after rounds of layoffs killed morale and led to huge knowledge gaps. - Upper management is cliquey and mean-spirited. They will call out and humiliate employees on the regular in public settings. - The work culture is terrible. Micromanagement about being in office 5 days a week at the exact hours laid out by management. Expectations of working through holidays, PTO, and weekends. - Unscrupulous and opaque treatment of employee benefits.
