Pros
the only pros about this business are the people that I met and became friends with.
Cons
This company LIES and HIDES information from the day that you start. I did not get fired from this job, instead, I quit because of their unprofessionalism. I am referring a lot to the base shop that I worked out of located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From the front desk to recruiting to payroll and the higher ups, they all have an attitude of "I'm better than you, I don't care about you or anything that is important to you in this job and in your life." I personally have been mistreated as an employee (not getting the compensation they promise or the respect that a company should have to their employees) as well as being mistreated as a former employee (I have been in contact with them for 3 months, leaving MULTIPLE messages, emails and have made several phone calls -- 8 times out of 10, I got hung up on, all in hopes to simply changing the mailing address for my W2's. They have cut me off in the middle of my explanation for my calls, again, hung up on me, lied to me and lastly have only returned ONE, ONE call) I have contacted headquarters regarding issues at hand several times and never received a response from them. They have cut my paycheck more than one time. On the floor, when making calls, supervisors refuse to help when asked and genuinely get an attitude toward their agents about asking. They allow higher-ups to treat their subordinates with a level of disrespect that I have never encountered at another place of employment. This company is a JOKE. I would not refer iPacesetters to anyone- rather I would tell them to RUN because of the level of unprofessionalism that they hold. I truly don't see why any company including AT&T, ADT, American Water and any other entity would sponsor this company in means for customer service. They are scam artists and absolutely HORRIBLE.
