Pathetic work place environment - Director of Industry Relations Avantika University Employee Review

The faculty members are very cooperative and supportive. Colleagues are friendly and work together as a team.

Management needs major improvement in terms of employee handling. Salaries are always delayed. Employees are not treated well, and appreciation is very limited. Promotions are not based on performance or experience. Salary growth is quite low compared to the efforts and years of service given.
