      Pros

      You get to work with highly trained therapists that have a great deal of knowledge about spine disorders.

      Cons

      People are fired at will with no prior warnings. They don't accept Medicare patients...period. Training in this setting is highly specialized, and you have to request training by senior staff/management.

      At this point? I can think of no positive reason to work at Avante.

      Cons

      The staff was "asked" to write a positive review for Glassdoor as soon as the owners discovered that past employees had written negative reviews. When no one agreed to write a positive review the owners simply wrote their own. Read their review... could it be any more positive? Why stoop to the level of writing a phony review instead of just really listening to feedback and then trying to fix the issues that are causing everyone to leave?
