Some Management didnt keep their word.

Pay is good for the market

Management is from out of state and has no idea what operating in California is like. Corporate constantly being in new out of store management to “fix” the issue despite it being an in store personnel issue. Registration and vehicle payoffs are not completed regularly working 60 days, many purchasers including the best friends of this reviewer have had their credit affected by this groups lack of management skill. Most of management is brought from Texas/Mexico where the group started, and is unable to effectively communicate with local staff. Petaluma location was given 9 days notice of closure, despite the management being aware weeks before date was given.
