Pros
Some of the people are pleasant to work with. However, the overwhelming office politics makes it difficult to know who is sincere and who isn’t. Mostly insincere.
Cons
Upper management is horrible. They will not communicate with you, not listen to you, and certainly do not care about your career or merit with the company. You will be treated as dispensable. Do not trust anyone who tells you they care about you as a human. Their “H4S” company values are just a clever marketing ploy to get you to trust them. They are a company empty of values, professionalism, and humanity.
