- challenging to get started to projects for junior resources - current leadership has no clue about how to lead an organization in a meaningful way - change is inevitable and is required to maintain sustainability as a company. But destroying the culture and demoralizing people is a fast track to a shut down - asking everyone to do more with less while offering nothing in return - low performers are rewarded while top performers are neglected and overworked. Nepotism reigns, especially with Americas leadership. - salary has always been lower than market average, but the culture and reputation is what made it worthwhile
