You can bring your authentic self to work; Strength of the Accenture & Microsoft brands behind us but smaller, growing and more entrepreneurial in a global environment; importance of culture, diversity, & inclusion in all that we do; impressed with how they have handled/managed the craziness of the last year with Covid, an election year with extreme political and social divisiveness, and all that goes along with that mentally, physically and emotionally.

You have to change to stay relevant in this ever changing world, but sometimes too much change all at once can be overwhelming so just ask that when something new is being recommended or being rolled out, that will take even a little bit of time and energy, to understand all changes or upcoming roll outs and ask oneself how critical this item is and if it can wait so people aren't spread so thin doing their day jobs while trying to navigate a number of other things that keep popping up
