Avanade has an excellent culture! It has a flat company structure, provides opportunities to collaborate with employee globally who are at different levels in the organisation. The leadership team are approachable and recognise achievement within the business and are appreciative of their efforts. They ensure that they are rewarding their employees and often trialling new initiatives to improve the culture and teaming internally. Avanade make a big investment in their people on a yearly basis, customer facing consultants get up to 80 hours of paid training a year including Microsoft certifications. Their investment in their people is amazing, and I've not seen it matched at any other company I have worked it. I highly recommend this company and would definitely refer a friend to work here.
