Pros
State-of-the-art Microsoft Technologies. Great place to learn, grow, and innovate. Lots of training in the .NET Framework, Windows Server, and BI tools. You have the ability to mold your career as you see fit, and can work on what interests you. The chance to see many industries is great, finding your strengths and weaknesses and getting the opportunity to make an impact in IT. Soft skills become more refined, and tailored to be the best professional you can be. Great people from all backgrounds, making a community out of a company that is unlike anything else.
Cons
The travel can be grueling, and not all clients are receptive to Microsoft technology. Lots of soul-searching in hard times, and not invincible to economic conditions. Some assignments can be difficult, and the hours are put in to make a difference, but its part of the job. Very little negatives I can find.
