Cons
- As the receptionist you can sometimes be spread quite thin during busy periods. Having to answer the door while the phone is ringing and you have a resident needing your attention all at the same time etc.
- Constant changes in rules and practices. Sometimes it can be difficult to keep up with what is a rule and when they change.
