Pros
Opportunities for "advancement" but it's actually just a way to get employees to do free overtime
Cons
They are terrible to their employees and do not follow the laws. They disregard the ADA and do not pay a fair wage. They promote people to "management" simply as a way to get them to do free overtime. You become a "supervisor" and you do the same exact job, only twice the hours and never getting paid for it.
