Corporate - Anonymous employee Avamere Employee Review

Training is non existent and expectations from leadership are lacking as well. Each facility operates as their own and does not cooperate with corporate staff to assure operations are running smoothly. Administrators will make corporate staff feel belittled. Directors don't care about your opinion. Recent changes are not being explained and creating more work and confusion on staff.
