No work/ personal life balance. Always shorts on staff. Not enough employees on site for the amount of job. Too many different useless Senior Managers. Crazy emergency call policy when you are in charge of three different properties. Sometimes get 3-4 calls a night, drive and work to different locations and after a long, sleepless night in a few hours you start a early morning shift, in that way you work two week straight. It is extremely difficult, stressful and unfair. HR recruiters are hopeless, by name months they can not find a replacement for a quit Technician.
