      You are able to connect with and support youth. Manager and staff are very open to new ideas and very fun to work with. It is a very fulfilling job.

      Pros

      Avalon is a great place to work and management is very approachable. There are monthly reviews (supervision) so that you are always aware of how you’re performing. The management team works with you to achieve your goals within your position. Very rewarding job.

      Cons

      Salary could be better for the amount of work expected of you.
