Pros
Decent pay and a helpful team that will teach you when you need it. Good vacation
Cons
Management can't figure out workflow, the plant goes through phases of a lot of Overtime followed by no work at all and scrambles to meet metrics at the end of every month. Insurance is terrible and expensive. There's a decent amount of vacation, but they're stingy with sick days.
