Pros
The pay is decent. It’s a great place to use as a stepping stone “beginning” company to get some experience in your trade. Friendly people for the most part.
Cons
Upper management issues. The company was bought out by AIS and the corruption seems to be trickling downhill from the top. Saving money is the top priority for upper management, which is great for the growth of the company as a whole, but when it comes to shop floor employees, they get the s*** end of the stick. Safety and quality issues are brought up to management constantly and nothing seems to happen with any of these issues. They are desperate for workers, so desperate that they will hire almost anybody, and won’t take action where action is necessary, ie: when employees food/lunches go missing from the break room refrigerators, it’s waived off as a “tough s***” circumstance.
