Pros

Good space to work. Good exposure if you are a fresher & if don't expect to earn (like an internship for a few months). Staff is good & co operative. Psycho patterns of boss unintentionally creates great bonding between all the other colleagues, you almost make a great freind-family here.

Cons

Delayed payments (upto 2 months at times). Part Payments and illogical cuttings from your pay. U have to beg to them to pay u. No respect for your work and time Rude behaviour often faced by staff from the boss They make you stay for petty reasons after working hours Boss is continuously on CCTV cam looking at what his staff is doing which is pathetic. No space and freedom for employees while the boss is around. They think they are superior to everyone which is clearly not the case. They let go off good clients and chances with their dumbness. No proper appointment/ joining letters, neither any salary slips. A leave joint with a sat-sunday results into cutting off of 3 days salary from your account. They never increase the promised pay after your probation period.

Pros

clients are good, diverse and colleagues are supportive

Cons

I didn’t enjoy working here at all, the culture is toxic and the upper management isn’t bothered about you. You are literally exploited and expected to work more than 13+ hours everyday for peanuts of salary. Basic facilities such as a good washroom or water aren’t available.

Pros

There are a few decent people who work here, but that's about it.

Cons

Where do I even start? First off, the owner is completely disorganized and out of touch. There’s zero direction from management, and the expectations constantly shift with no clear communication. You’re left in the dark about pretty much everything. The workload is overwhelming, and you’re expected to juggle multiple clients at once with no support. Burnout is inevitable. Don’t even think about trying to take time off - there’s no flexibility, and you’re made to feel guilty for needing a break. The culture is also extremely toxic, with a lot of micromanagement and very little room for creativity or initiative. They claim to promote a "team-oriented" environment, but it’s every person for themselves. The owner of this agency is extremely arrogant, self centered and pathetic. The pay is not competitive at all for the amount of work you’re expected to do, and there’s zero room for advancement. I’ve seen people work here for years and still stuck in the same position with no raises, no promotions, and no recognition. If you're looking to build your career or grow professionally, look elsewhere. I would strongly recommend not joining this company. The lack of support, leadership, and career growth makes it an extremely frustrating place to work. The attrition rate is also very high
