Everything has changed this year: - Teams going through up to 4-5 restructures in one year - Talented and amazing people being let go - Ignorant new leadership that are not trusting their people - No marketing resource after they let the entire team go - Have to battle incredibly hard to get the right pay if you don’t have a leader that is persistent - No team culture and sense of belonging when new leadership stepped in - No longer see a future for the company unfortunately, seems like a ticking time bomb - All the best talent have left, are leaving or trying to leave
