Pros
-Not busy and can work on your own pace -Multiple breaks on a daily basis -Employees help each other and relatively nice -Floor manager is laid-back and tried to help as much as he can -Unlimited supplies -Full benefit -Provide overtime on weekends -Gets off on time -Hours are 6:30am- 3:30pm so beats the traffic
Cons
-No A/C on floor -Machines are old and not accurate (with cuts, blades are worn) -Low pay -Not enough manager to supervise, technically speaking only one manager on the whole floor -Management is a mess, not systematic -No outside businesses and sale team to look for businesses so once a project is done, you'll sit around for a month or 2 doing nothing -No new technology to be used -No opportunities for career advancement -Have to bring your own tools (mainly drills) -Mass lay off targeting relatively new employees (all before reaching 6 months mark) so they can kick you out the same day without paying any penalty -Breakroom and bathrooms are small and nasty -Street parking and will have weird people looking into your car
