Helping families through their journey.

Cons

The corporate office is the MOST unorganized and unprofessional group of individuals I have yet to encounter. Constant muddling at the community level, while offering no support. Communication is an absolute nightmare. TOO many captains on the ship. Stop all the power trips.

Residents and most families are wonderful. many team members are good to work with

not enough pay for the work and work short very often (mgt doesn’t think additional staff is needed)
