Nice company - Intern Autosoft Employee Review

If you find any pros of working here, let me know. I didn’t come across any when I worked here. I witnessed many CONS!

The higher-ups had awful trust issues. They didn’t trust employees at all. Being monitored all the time was ridiculously stressful. I didn’t feel any loyalty to these terribly arrogant people. Neither will you when they monitor every click and keystroke!

The hours were predictable, and the accounting software itself was stable.

I inherited a backlog of financial errors that should've been addressed years ago. Anytime I brought it up, I was told to just patch things and "keep it moving." They wanted clean books without doing the work to actually fix the problems. I was tired of being the bandage over someone else's neglect.
