Pros
The pay is reasonable ...
Cons
... Until you have to work with the CEO. The first couple of weeks everyone butters you up. But then the 30%+ turnover will catch up and you'll be doing someone else's job. For the same pay. Just ask for reasonable compensation, right? Look at the other reviews, it hasn't changed in 15 years, it never will. Ask any employee who left. You'll learn that there is constant micro-managing, and the cronies the CEO surrounds himself with are just yes-men who act like nannies, trying to gently guide him away from self-destructive behavior every time he has a whim. Monitors every employee's communication and will email you if he thinks you are not doing enough. If you must, interview for the company. Take note of what the upper management ask you. Ask yourself if these people are someone you want to work for. If I was a million dollars in debt and this was the last job on earth, I still wouldn't work for this company
