Autopilot is quickly on its way to becoming "the next big thing." -Growing very fast which means every single person on the team matters and has a huge opportunity to make an impact. Excellent chance for those early in their careers to work on a broad range of projects and help shape a rapidly growing startup. -Unlike many startups, the company knows what direction they are going and are transparent about it. Leadership is very results-oriented and sets clear goals, such that everyone knows their priorities and what they should be working on at any given time. After coming from the opposite spectrum, this is a breath of fresh air. -Fun, passionate and high energy team and leadership. The people are brilliant, yet humble - I learn something new every day. It's the kind of company that makes you want to do a good job and give 110%. The org. structure is flat so there is a chance to work closely with upper management on a daily basis. -Excellent perks.
