Leadership heavily based on cronyism and nepotism with zero focus on aptitude. Technology space was the most unprofessional and chaotic I've ever seen in my entire career, absolutely ridiculous. Acquired businesses were continually treated as second-class citizens compared to GForces 'lifers' and this created a toxic two-tier culture where incompetent (but 'trusted') people were repeatedly promoted ahead of higher skilled, more experienced and more suitable employees who happened to originate in an acquired business.
