• Toxic culture • Promotions/pay rises are given purely on a mates-basis • Colleagues are openly rude to each other and curse at one another - I had never been told to F-off to my face for asking someone to do something at work before working here • Working here is like being back at school • People only work on whatever they feel like • Ridiculously low salary
