Company is growing really quickly but not losing the flexibility of a start up. Management does a great job of empowering top performers and giving them the resources and freedom to do their job.
Cons
Industry is always evolving, which requires constant change and pivoting. Clients being in the live events industry also require night/weekend attention so sometimes long hours.
