      No micro management Manager is good , understands and supports everytime

      Cons

      Inhand salary is way less then expected No extra curricular activities for nightshift workers No motivation to work No reward to your hardwork No salary hike and career growth once you r in you are stuck Poor management and leave provided is way too less
