12 hour days, high turnover rate, on your feet the whole time, get a lot of young kids not willing to work, the training process is improving, not enough recognition for temps especially when hired-on employees get gain shares and gifts for Christmas. Attitude has a lot to do with how you feel about your job when working long hours. Commute if you don't live in town.
