      Great people and good work culture

      Company lost touch with employees. Has lost a large percentage of its experienced talent. There is now a clear impression that it is all about the money and not about supplying and servicing the customer.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
