      Pros

      There are no advantages working at Autoliv compared to other companies.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Care more about managing the bottom line than employees. Constantly raising benefit costs while keeping annual raises between 2-3% if you’re lucky. LOTS of nepotism within the company. Please do yourself a favor and find a different place to work.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
