      Pros

      - Autoliv is Tier 1 supplier of automotive safety systems like airbags, seatbelts etc - If you are supporting development team, you will get good knowledge - Onsite opportunities

      Cons

      - Salary hike will be around 8 to 15% max - Once you agree for salary its fixed and it will not be altered drastically - you can get the hike as mentioned above - Now there is service center created within the company & every one behaves as if its a service industry - Bond for onsite travel

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
