      Good knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing.

      Cons

      Worst experience ever. Salaries are always 1 month late. Too much torture. They'll keep Sundays on too. No weekly off. No work life balance. Please don't join and spoil your life.

      I have gotten promoted twice since being here. been here a little over a year. great people, great pay if you prove your worth which takes YOU to actually do your job.

      On time , disciplined work style, scope for innovation and cooperative staff.

      Cons

      not high paying. Its an ancillary and hence restrictions to comply to OEM methods.
