Pros
The environment is relaxed (too much). You are not expected to work more than 40 hours, work/life balance is good. Pay is decent.
Cons
The environment is weird, management hires a lot of fresh out of college kids for jr. level positions. There aren't many standards when it comes to professionalism in the work environment. People walking around in socks and shower sandals. Their desks look like it's their dorm room. They cook really smelly food in the kitchen, so the whole office smells like a dorm room hallway.
Beyond that, there isn't much direction or communication from management. The CEO is a really nice guy, but introverted and really phlegmatic. He likes to stay in his lane and work on sales, not much leading and no coaching. It's easy to fly under the radar and just do your thing without much interaction with anyone.
It seems like no one is excited about their job or the company, they just perform tasks.
