Between the product launches, events, site visits and new initiatives, there's always something exciting to get your teeth into.

Cons

Biggin Hill roads can be a little annoying at times due to gas works, but this depends on which direction you commute in from.

Pros

Good place for a young engineer to get a year or two of experience, as there is so much turnover you will have lots of opportunities to gain experience

Cons

Upper management is obnoxious, condescending and unreliable. I saw about 45% of the people I worked with leave the company in under a year.
