Great people, good cooperation between the employees, people stay in the company for a long time! Interesting projects with a great opportunity to learn. Good balance between long and short term projects. Talented tech leads. Good balance between research and product oriented tasks Direct managers are usually good Good salaries for experienced employees Nice office with a great view

Cons

The CEO is the main problem, micromanage, and the worse thing is that he is lying to is people No long term business plan, a lot of research teams without any purpose HR basically do not exist Juniors get a lame salary and it is very hard to get a raise once you started They fire a lot regularly and in many cases it is not justified

Pros

* The office location in central Tel Aviv is accessible. * The kitchen is well-stocked, including dairy products and fruits. * The low-level employees are generally good, professionally and personally. * Salaries are paid on time.

Cons

* Mid-level managers and above are not technical professionals, so they cannot provide guidance or mentorship. * Growth opportunities: The company does not perform periodic performance reviews, and feedback is not generally provided. Employee contributions are neither acknowledged nor rewarded. Raises are rare, as there is no yearly review; salaries remain fixed for years. Stock options have no monetary value. * Retention: Management considers employees to be disposable and interchangeable; thus, the turnover rate is high by design, especially among the IC staff - with the exception of a small group holding sinecures. Promotion within management is determined by loyalty rather than merit. * Company prospects: Despite many years in business, the company has yet to produce a product or generate any return on investment. Priorities are always shifting to the next "current thing", with grandiose promises that aren't fulfilled. The focus is on short-term demos and maintaining appearances in a scheme to encourage new investments and justify previous ones, a sort of pyramid.
