Unfortunately far too many to mention. Have grown by acquisition and poorly integrated every single one, this has led to a business that is full of poor systems and structure. Management shrug off responsibility particularly at local level and in a lot of cases are reluctant to even speak to their customers. A numbers centric business instead of being a customer one.
