6yI would like to thank you for your two years of service at AutoUpLink Tech and the time to complete your review. I love the fact you found most of your team members to be great to work with since our culture is a primary focus for myself and our CEO to ensure that we have the best possible environment for our team members to perform their work and grow. Also, I’m very glad you found value in our benefit package since the management team here at Home Office regularly review ways to improve our benefits to ensure it is a value add to our current and future team members.
It is disappointing for me to read that your experiences at AutoUpLink did not meet or exceed your expectations. I totally agree with you that our review process and comp metrics needed improvement. Please know that this fall we are finalizing a new employee "check-in" process to provide the employee and manager dialog on work successes, areas to focus on, and compensation review for each team member. As for your concern about our sick day policy and PTO days, we have modified that policy this fiscal year but I'm not sure when you departed the company to know if our new policy solved your concern with this item you mentioned.
Sorry to be long winded with my reply but I sincerely value your time to complete the review of our organization and I want to make sure to address your comments. Lastly, I also agree with your comment that our people who work hard should be rewarded and our desire is for each and every team member to know they are appreciated and valued.
