It’s a well-established, innovative and growing company, so being a part of this team gives me tons of opportunities for growth and advancement. I like the fact that the upper management is open to feedback and tries to bring the best ideas to life. I enjoy the process of building my network further and developing relationships with our customers. My favorite part of the job is identifying customer pain points and working towards finding the best solutions.
Cons
My role is cross functional, so someone who lacks communication and teamwork skills won’t do well in this job. It’s important for the customer service team to remain results oriented, which at times can be challenging.
