- Not an LGBTQ+ friendly workplace. Having a presentation once a year suggesting you use someone’s correct pronouns doesn’t count as making the workplace inclusive. That is below the bare minimum.
- Upper management is still so out of touch, and continually fumbles any “improvement” they try to make.
- We are on track to lose our “Great Place to Work” accreditation so they terminated our participation in that this year and implemented an in-house feedback system instead. None of the other feedback given from other in-house systems is actually considered at all, so this new one will probably be sent straight to the trash too.
