I appreciate that this company is organized in the sense that they require emails to be sent to all on the team (with proper HIPPA protocol being enforced) especially when there are any changes to be made for scheduling or any client changes etc… having everyone on the same page in regards to the clients treatment plan and scheduling is so important in this field… I’ve worked at other companies where there was little communication and everything was a mess… clients would cancel and because of lack of communication…BTs weren’t informed resulting in a lot of frustration and high turn overs… however at AIP I’ve noticed it is much more organized and very understanding in dealing with the both the client/client’s families and BTs.
