They would not sign my supervision papers. If you are in this business to earn hours toward you BCBA exam, you are in the wrong place. They will not sign your papers. You have to go through long application process and then pay $75 for every hour of supervision. One of their values is Team Work, which translates to "don't ever complain or else". If you can work like a robot, kill all of your problem solving skills and creativity, and follow orders with no complains, then you can survive this non-rewarding experience. If you are looking for real hands-on experience and to shape your skills, this is not the place for you. To be fair, I might've had the worst supervisor on board, maybe if I had a different supervisor my experience would have been more positive.
