Alright pay, could pick my days Staff were brilliant with me very kind and funny

Management Constant miscommunication Constantly being told I was not allowed a 5 minute break when my stress tics were acting up Being talked down to and targeted by Management and had reports against me for trivial things Had complaints disregarded anytime I had one

None at all apart from a paycheck!

TOXIC UNSAFE environment Bullying culture 10 staff left within 10 weeks Union confirmed some 5-star reviews are based on the managers being asked to leave them Extremely poor and unsafe processes Staff being harmed by service users sometimes Zero support for staff The Director confirmed the training they provide is not up to scratch Staff are taking other service users' products due to a lack of supply/organisation At times, there have been more agency staff than staff working for the service. Extremely unorganised The organisation is not disability friendly to staff I believe the organisation's current operating model is making some service users' well-being worse and some previous staff members have also said this.
