Pros
The clients and other Behavior Technicians are amazing, as are some of the supervisors and BCBA's. It's a really positive environment to work in, the pay is right, and there are opportunities for growth.
Cons
When clients cancel sessions, you have no way to recoup the missed pay most of the time. You either have to use your PTO (which runs out pretty quickly) or try to find a session to cover with a client you may not be familiar with. The administration within the company also tried to expand the number of employees far too quickly without taking the time to vet the incoming BTs, which lead to a shaky team and lack of structure.
