AP offers the opportunity to work remotely, they follow standard procedures to evaluate the employees and you can feel they care that you have everything you need to do your job.

It is outsourcing so you have to be assigned to a client.

Having worked for a company where micro management and control was highly recommended, flexible hours and relaxed atmosphere is REFRESHING! Being treated as a professional (and an adult) is what I like the most. To top that, you get to enjoy a number of benefits and generous bonuses.

With 250+ people working for this company at the moment, I'm not surprised that not all them like everything about Authority Partners. I'm sure there are things that can be improved, but I also think people are often unrealistic with their expectations or think highly of their skills and competencies , without really having much working (or real life) experience.
